- Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number. - Payment

[International Shipping Process Information]
1.If you make a International Shipping Order.
2.The Seller sends the item(s) to the OWN8PM Warehouse in Korea.
3.If all the order items arrive at the Warehouse.(Awaiting shipment until all the ordered items are delivered.)
4.Your order is packaged and weighted for International Shipping. (If your order is heavier than presumed weight, there might be an additional international shipping fee added.)
5.Your order is now shipped.(might be an additional Customs/Taxes added while shipped International.)

International shipping may take up to average 5~15 business days to get delivered.

After Measuring actual weight of the item, additional shipping fee can be required.

- Returns & Exchanges
- For international deliveries,
1.THE RETURN/EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED.
2. In cases of defective or incorrect delivery Please contact our customer service center with the following photos:
- Photo of the item as you have received it from the box
- Photo of the bar code labels attached on the boxes
(The label attached has transaction number, number of items and
name of the item)
- Photo of EMS label

If you are unable to use PC or wish to leave request for return/exchange via mobile app,then please contact our mobile customer service center. - Refunds
- It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule. - Other
- Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
